Chef Wayne's early years were spent with his family in St. Ann Jamaica where he learned how to cook from an early age by watching his grandmother. He is a graduate of the Culinary Arts Training program at the Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School in Washington, D.C. Wayne has cooked for a wide range of clientele around D.C., Maryland, and Virginia as well as for his beloved family and friends.
